We knew something was wrong when our 12 year old water heater was delivering scalding hot water through the faucets inside the house. We had a feeling the thermostat had "bit the dust". The day it happened, we called and South West Plumbing was there within 45 minutes. That means a lot. Yep! The thermostat showed no response when tested and there were issues with the elements. Within a couple of hours we had a new hot water tank installed. "Vincent" and his assistant apprentice were so polite, descent and knowledgeable. Financing was available and now we don't have to worry about a major appliance we often take for granted, not working. Yes, a hot water tank can stop heating water... but it can also heat the water too hot for safety. Don't wait. Call South West Plumbing.

Ben and Anthony worked through a chilly rainy day digging a four foot deep hole to scope out, hydro jet and install a new clean-out drain in my clogged 100 year old sewer line. Finished with raking in new top soil and replanting affected garden. Thanks guys!
